Modern hotel in a nice building with nice views of the Kandy lake. Friendly attentive and helpful venue employees all round. Decent size hotel room with a very comfy bed and private bathroom. Really amazing overall experience.

The hotel was in an amazing and lovely location adjacent to a nice pizzeria with great pizzas and great views over Kandy and the Kandy Lake and the city center.

Kandy City View is a wonderful, brand-new hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. the rooms are a good size and offer a pleasant view of Kandy Lake. It's located in a lovely area, and the breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options. Overall, it ensures an absolutely amazing stay!

Kandy City View offers a favorable location next to a charming pizzeria known for its delicious pizzas. Guests can enjoy stunning views of Kandy, including the train station, the lake, and the city center. the staff here is incredibly friendly and accommodating, making your stay even more enjoyable.

For the price we paid, we got amazing value - clean and spacious rooms, delicious and filling breakfast, and the best pizzas in town at the restaurant. The location was great, with easy access to the city center, and the staff at City View were incredibly courteous, kind, and helpful.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast choices better would be a wider variety of options.

The room I stayed in was pretty good in size with a balcony, and they even had wake-up service available; the hotel is conveniently close to a Thai Buddhist temple.

The hotel was in a fantastic location, right in the center close to Beira lake. It was also conveniently situated in the hills above the Kandy Lake, offering breathtaking views. The breakfast was delicious and there was a popular pizza place on the terrace. the hotel provided great value for money.

There were some minor issues with the facilities, such as a toilet seat falling off and limited towels in the room.

I truly enjoyed the hotel, its neat room and amazingly nice staff. The restaurant was great at the top floor here, I had excellent dishes. Also, the location was great, relatively close to Kandy Lake.

The property is modern and very clean, just a short walk from the city center. The room is spacious with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage. The staff are fantastic and provided excellent service, including organizing transportation and recommending local tours. Wi-Fi is available and works well.
